Ceramics. Hand-made with love. 

Every Homegirl piece is thrown, refined, sculpted, glazed and handled by me! Due to the handmade nature of my ceramics, some pieces might not be as uniform as others. While I strive for uniform measurements, patterns, colors, etc, I am only human. Not a machine. Remember that every piece is unique and may show signs of being handmade. I hope you love these tiny differences as much as I do!

 

Ceramic Returns/Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Every item is inspected before leaving the studio. If an accident happens when during shipping, please send a couple detailed photos of the broken piece within 48 hours to allow for time-sensitive insurance claims to be filed and replacement/ refund arrangements to be made.

Please include a photo of the box it arrived in with all labels visible, and the broken piece. 

 

What makes Homegirl Esscentials different?

The owner, Brianna Johnson has many hobbies that she excels at. Homegirl Esscentials is a mix of her hobbies, to share with the world. Our mission has been to make products that are luxury, quality and relatable. We use 100% phthalate and paraben-free fragrance oils. Our products come in both glass and plastic, in the future, we will switch to all glass where applicable for the ultimate eco-luxury experience.

 

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in our studio space in Charlotte, NC. 

 

What if I'm looking for a scent I don't see? 

We offer a lot of seasonal + limited edition fragrances. Because of this, we sometimes need to discontinue scents so that we can bring in the new! If there's a scent that you loved that's no longer available, please email us.

 

What ingredients do you use?

All of our ingredients in our wax melts are thoughtfully sourced to be as sustainable as possible, phthalate + paraben free, cruelty-free and vegan.

Do you offer wholesale or custom items?

Wholesale, yes. Please email us!

      
      Can I change/cancel my order?

      We begin making your items as soon as you place your order, so cancellations need to be made within 24 hours from when you place your order. We may not always be able to accept your cancellation request. 

       

        Can I add a gift note to my order?

        Yes! Simply write in the notes section during checkout what you would like your note to say + we will include one of our notecards with your order.

           

          How long will it take for my order to arrive?

          3 business days after your order is processed.

          Due to an increase in mailed packages during COVID-19, our local post offices may be running a bit slower and it may take longer for your package to arrive. (Please know that once your package is handed over to the post office, we have no control over when it's scanned in or how long it takes to get to you.) Most packages are delivered in their regular timeframe, but there are instances of packages taking a bit longer.
