Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

We currently offer both US domestic and international shipping through USPS. Order processing time is between 24-48 hours. Once your order has been processed, it will then be shipped and arrive between 3-5 business days. We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

For international orders, your package can take up to 3 weeks to arrive from the time we ship. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred. 

Please be sure to triple-check your address as Homegirl Esscentials is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and becomes "returned to sender," Homegirl Esscentials is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.  

Please be aware that Homegirl Esscentials is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

 

STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGES

We don't accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary + hygienic safety reasons, however, we do want you to absolutely love your purchase. Should you feel strongly about discussing a potential store credit or exchange, please contact us at hello@homegirlesscentials.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We are more than happy to work with you to find a solution that works for the both of us, but please be conscious of the nature of our products.

If a return is accepted: All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Homegirl Esscentials without direct contact from us stating to return the item(s), will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender. 

We do not assume responsibility for return packages that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs or replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.
